He is survived by: his wife Reta F. Leonard; his children, Debra Smith (Doug) of Lee Summit, Dawn O'Neill of Oxnard, CA and Larry O'Neill of Jackson, NE; his sister Delores Lindemann of Apple Valley, MN; his grandchildren, Eric, Saskia Jacobson, Desiree and Delaney Smith; his great grandchildren, Emmett, Nina and Calvin Jacobson; and his stepchildren, Tina Saunders, Gary Brienzo and Bob Brienzo.
