He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Keefer and Marie Keefer (Workman); his brother Jim Keefer; and his grandson Beckett Arp. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Keefer; his children, Erika Arp (NE), Kody of Madison, SD and Karter; his grandsons, Grady and Nash; and his sisters, Elaine Caraway, Sharon Johanson of Pleasanton, CA, Debbie Elsey of Eden Prairie, MN and Celeste Merchant. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the family for future designation.
