She was predeceased by: her parents, Macie Evangeline Morris (Harding) and Earl Melvin Morris; her husband Oliver Eugene Shearer; and her siblings, Earl Morris, Thomas Morris, Dean Morris, Richard Morris, Robert Morris, William Morris, Mary Jane Britton of Rock Springs, Wyoming. and Lucille Stewart of Hayward.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Lee (Mike Davies) of Sioux City and Robert Shearer (Suzi) of St Joe; her grandson Davidson Wissing (Megan); and her great grandchild Mildred of Omaha.
