We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2022, at the age of 72, Janet Jean Wiig of South Sioux City, Nebraska, born in Sioux City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene McClure and Bernadine McClure (Connell); and her sisters, Nancy, Autumn, Julie and Mary.

She is survived by: her husband Paul O. Wiig; and her children, Kimi Strassner of Sioux City, Michael Strassner of Remsen, Iowa and Leda Diede of LeMars, Iowa. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; and 2 brothers.
