With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Ella Bahrenfuss (South Sioux City, Nebraska), born in Homer, Nebraska, who passed away on May 19, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Matney and Mable Matney (Rakes); her husbands, Fred D. Moore, Sr. and Paul Bahrenfuss; her sons, Fred Moore Jr. and Donnie Moore; her son-in-law Dan Blanford; and her siblings, Ella Fowler, Kathlyn Barclay, Viola Saltzman, Lucian Matney and Leland Matney.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie, Bonnie Blanford of Sioux City, Betty Huls (John) and Patricia Goodrich (Mike) of Lincoln, NE. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grand children and great great grandchildren; and many other friends.
Due to COVID-19 funeral attendance restrictions, private family services will be held with burial at Dakota City Cemetery in Dakota City, Nebraska.
