He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon M. Mammen and Amelia P. Mammen (Dirks); and his sister Colette L. Mammen. He is survived by: his daughter Brianna Kehrberg; his brother Roger E. Lueck-Mammen (Rosalyn); his nephew David; and his niece Dana.
