He is survived by: his children, Vicky Hall of Sioux City, IA, Steve Hopkins, Cindy Hackney of Elk Point, SD and Tammy Armstrong (Paul); and his brother Eldon Hopkins (Carol) of Portland. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
