He was predeceased by: his children, Danny Hutchins and Georgia Hughes; his granddaughter Kari Holliday; his siblings-in-law, Margo Smith, Colleen Kampfe and Terry Kampfe; his parents-in-law, Ed and Alyce Kampfe; his uncle Charles; his aunt Carolyn Green; and his grandfather Eugene Leriger.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kampfe; his daughters, Kim Wiggs (Kevin) of Homer, NE and Dawn Neal (Ronald) of Malcolm, NE; his sisters, Kathy and Patti; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Kampfe (Jeannie), Ralph Smith, Judy Engel, Barb Bowman (Jay) and Bev Smith (Kenny). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
