He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Fowler and Ella Fowler (Matney); his son Danny Fowler; and his sister Mary Lou Wakefield. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Fowler of Coleridge, NE; his children, Steven Fowler (Michelle) of Council Bluffs, IA, Terry Fowler (Monica) of Homer, NE, Pam Oines (Bryon) of Sioux City and Kathy Hummel (Troy) of Pinellas Park, Florida; and his brother Richard Fowler (Donna). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
