He was predeceased by: his father Tim Smith; and his sister April. He is survived by: his mother Susan Smith (Phipps); his children, Jack and Klay-Cee; and his siblings, Brett Smith (Jennifer), Brea Smith, Angie Campbell and Leah Koelker.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel (3220 Stone Park Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51104).
