He was predeceased by: his parent Aime Hebert. He is survived by: his spouse Constance M. Hebert (Paquin); his parent Melina Hebert (Cardin); his daughters, Michelle Cugno (Henry) of Coventry and Paula Lake (Willian) of Centreville; and his grandchildren, Katie, Jack, Nick Lake, Nicole, Michael and Amanda Cugno.
