He was predeceased by: his parents, Orien "Hank" Way and Vira Way; his sister Sharon Oman; his in-laws, Gene Bunsen and Patricia Lehman (Bunsen); and his brother-in-law Steve Bunsen.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Way of Smithfield; his children, Vanji Vosler (Shad) of Bertrand and Dusty Way (Casandra) of Bertrand; his grandchildren, Landon, Payton Way, Chase and Rylan Vosler; and his sister-in-law Janis Olesen (Tom). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members; and many friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (74094 County Rd 436, Smithfield, NE 68976).
