He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Koza and Rose Koza (Kmiecik); and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Barbara Prososki. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Peter); his children, Barbara Holland, Therese Scherer (Jim), Gerald Koza and Ray Koza (Lisa Hood); and his sister Joan Peters. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
