He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Kerk (Jenik) and Howard Kerk; and his siblings, Dallas, Pauline, Bernice, John, Barbara, Rosanna, Warren, Frosty, Pepper and Jazzy.
He is survived by: his children, Lana McCoy (Chris) of Grand Island, NE, Dr. Carter Kerk (Colleen) of Rapid City, SD and Andy Kerk (Julie) of Pewaukee, WI; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Frederick (Crystal), Anthony Frederick (Melissa), Dr. Josie Davis (Jacob), Janna Nelson (Tanner), Dr. Sam Kerk (Claire) and Jonah Kerk (Susie). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of extended cousins and friends.
