He was predeceased by: his father Howard Atkins. He is survived by: his mother Carol Atkins (Golden) of Sidney; his son Brian Atkins of Sidney; and his brothers, Bret (Julie Atkins) of Posey, CA and Todd (Starla Atkins) of Glenville, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
