She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Junior and Marjorie Louise Borcher. She is survived by: her husband Rich (Governor Kay Orr); her sons, Rocky of Sidney and Chris (Tori) of Omaha; and her siblings, Susan (Steve) of Lincoln, Chuck of Sidney and Scott (Penny) of Gurley. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made out in Sally's name to The Night of Hope Foundation, Cowboy Joe Club or Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Sidney.
