We bid farewell to Rodney L Tobler of Sidney, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 15, 2024 at the age of 72. Rodney touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loring Tobler and Ruth Tobler (Johnson); and his pet Shadow. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, Scott and Kevin; his daughters-in-law, Cora Tobler and Jennie Tobler-Gaston; his grandchildren, Michael Tobler Freitag and Talia Tobler; and his siblings, Sandi Butler (Chuck), Dick Tobler (Carol), Gary Tobler (Rachel) and Kent Tobler (Marcie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Nebraska Game and Parks Foundation and to spend some time outside this fall to honor Rod and his love for the outdoors.
