She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Nelson and Emma Nelson; her husband Edward "Ed" Brauer of Krueger's Lake; her son Bruce; and her sister Lois Jean.
She is survived by: her sons, Kent Brauer (Mary Kay) of Sidney and Craig Brauer (Carla) of Sidney; her grandchildren, Julia Bettinger (Kevin) of Buffalo, WY, Nick Brauer of Sidney, Jennifer Ford (Ryan) of Leawood, KS, Karl Brauer (Vanessa) of Lubbock, TX, Kurt Brauer of Sidney, Jesssica Echtenkamp (Will) of Minneapolis, MN and Josh Brauer (Alexandria) of Lincoln, NE; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Graham, Parker, Ella, Edward, Elisabeth and Evelyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
