He is survived by: his wife Rose Talliday; his children, Jose F. Maestas of Sidney, Jeff of Colorado and Jennifer of Colorado; and his siblings, Raymond (Yvette) of Sidney, Robert (Vicki) of Colorado, Josie of Colorado and Sandy of Colorado. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
