He is survived by: his wife Heidi Timmerman; his siblings, Mike Barnhart, Lila Bassett (Tim), Bernadine Peterson (Darrell), Charlene Amen (Danny) and Brian Barnhart (Jamie); his children, Sharon Barnhart and Dustin Barnhart; his stepchildren, Jamie Kauffman, Kent Kauffman (Jodi), Alexis Johnson (Nik), Zachary Buss (Gwen) and Jordan Buss; and his grandchildren, Evian Barnhart, Brennan Barnhart, Kyler Ward, Alex Hillyer, Tanner, Jadyn Kauffman, Sophie Carlson, Graysen, Mila and Violet Buss.

In lieu of flowers friends may make a donation in care of the family for a later designation.
