It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dave B. Phelps of Sidney, Nebraska, who passed away on June 4, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dave B. Phelps to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Bruce Phelps. He is survived by: his stepson Jeremy Barowsky; his mother Norma Phelps; his brother Warren Phelps (W. C.); his wife Veronica Phelps; his stepdaughters, Jessica and Aubrey McMullen; and his grandson Tucker.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dave's name in care of the family.
