He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl John and Anna May Cornelius (Crow); his siblings, Leo, Paul, George and Mary Ellen Roberts; and his great grandchild Emily Hinsley.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie A. Lloyd; his children, Donna of Sidney, NE, Patricia Dietze (Paul) of Hastings, NE, Wayne Cornelius (Susan) of Albuquerque, NM, Scott Cornelius (Shannon) of Scottsdale, AZ and Brian Cornelius (Carolyn) of Glendale, AZ; his sister Lela Claussen of Kearney, NE; and his brother-in-law Howard Roberts of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by grandchildren and (5) great-grandchildren.
