She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Radtke and Betty Lou Radtke (Bainbridge); and her parents-in-law, Bud and Betty Makey. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Makey; her children, Jeff Makey (Charlotte) of Hutchinson, KS and Ashley Makey of Sidney, NE; her brother Hank Radtke (Christine) of Sidney, NE; her siblings-in-law, Gerry Makey (Peggy) of Severance, CO, Tim Makey (Robin) of Seward, NE, Bill Makey of Sidney, NE and Linda Nienhuser of Gurley, NE.; her grandchildren, Kaden Makey (Ashley) of Hutchinson, KS, Kyle Makey (Mary) of Houston, TX and Chalie Makey (Tanner) of Hutchinson, KS; and her great grandchildren, Payton and Braxton Makey of Hutchinson, KS.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel (1140 10th Ave, Sidney, NE 69162). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (2305 San Marino Rd, Sidney, NE 69162).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Makey family for later designation.
