She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob George and Elizabeth Ann Hart (Deines); and her brother Donald (Joan Hart). She is survived by: her children, Robert (Trish Hurst), Connie Howe and Lenore Nelson; her grandchildren, Scott, Dawn, Dana, Marcus, Holly, Garrett and Lindsey; and her niece Lori Borchert. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials have been established to the Sidney Volunteer Fire Department or Sidney Regional Medical Center Hospice.
