It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Iris A. Wagers (Shickley, Nebraska), who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira White and Genevieve White (Culin); her husband Lyle Wagers; her children, David and Lyla; her sisters, Rose Hall (Dean), Caroline Hillary and Marilyn White; and her siblings-in-law, Zella Hawley (Stan), Pauline Trembly (Lowell), John Wagers, Aileen Hargens (Orlan) and Mildred Schmutte (Ted).
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Wagers (Dee) and Peggy Arp (Dale); her grandson Richard Fushia (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Christopher Pratt, Matthew Fushia and Nathaniel Fushia; and her sister Roma Jacque (William). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church (611 Swartzendruber Dr, Shickley, NE 68436).
