It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard E. Wagner Jr. of Shickley, Nebraska, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Emery Wagner Sr. and Evelyn May Wagner (Murphy); his sisters, Shirley Hines and Linda Swanstrom; his wife Wyona Wagner; his siblings-in-law, Bud Ficken, Wilfred Ficken, Oscar Kramp, Allen Bongers, Wilma Kramp and Cleora Ficken; and his son-in-law Jim Houser.
He is survived by: his children, Howard and Wyona; his sister Jackie Ficken of Hebron; his children, Gary Wagner (Denise) of Bruning and Mary Houser of Bruning; and his grandchildren, Christina Henke (Kabin) of Downs, KS, Erick Houser (Jamie) of Bruning, Michael Wagner (Jordan) of Bruning, Lacey Wagner of Bruning, Shellie Houser of Lincoln and Jesse Houser of Dewitt. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
