He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Widdowson and Maud Widdowson (Hibberd); and his brother James Widdowson. He is survived by: his wife Helen Kappius of Shelton; his children, Richard Widdowson (Susan) of Naperville, IL, Thomas Widdowson (Mary) of Kearney, NE and Jennifer Watzke of Bennington, NE; and his sister Joyce Martin of Fort Collins, CO.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
