She was predeceased by: her parents, George Alexander and Mabel Josephine McMeekin (Harris); her husband Van T. Perry; her sons, Kerwin Perry and Kollin Perry; her grandchild Konnar Perry-Forney; her stepfather David McMeekin; her siblings-in-law, June Pope, Ortha Perry, Willard 'Kent Perry and Phillip Hunsche; and her nephew Rick Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Kellan Perry (Deanna) of Shelby, Kevin Perry (Sandi) of Phoenix, AZ, Kendall Perry (Tammy) of Shelby, Kurtis Perry (Kelli Forney) of Coumbus and Konley Perry (Amy) of Columbus; her daughter-in-law Kay Reznicek of Surprise; her siblings, David McMeekin (Cindy) and Margaret Hunsche; and her pet Teddy. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
