He is survived by: his wife Angela of Shelby; his sons, James Prokupek of Shelby and Andrew Prokupek of Shelby; his stepchildren, Calvin Maslonka of Shelby and Cathrine Kula of Shelby; his grandchild Aubree Maslonka of Shelby; and his siblings, Darryl Prokupek (Linda) of Columbus and Susan Seng of Lincoln. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
