He is survived by: his wife Denise Wilson of Shelby; his daughter Alicia Hoadley (Clayton) of Shelby; his grandchildren, Grayson, Maci and Rory Hoadley; his siblings, Robert Humlicek of Waverly, John Humlicek (Mary) of Columbia, Patricia Herstein of Lincoln, Linda Penney (Wayne) of Lake Zurich, Ill, Kay Duncan (Dave) of Lincoln and Theresa Humlicek of Lincoln; his siblings-in-law, Wendy Lewis, Stephanie Wesely (Tim) of Bellwood, Melanie Hoegerl (Clif) of Surprise and Michael J. Wilson of Schuyler; his father-in-law Robert J. Wilson (Verla A.) of Bellwood; and his aunts, Mae Safranik of Wahoo and Dolores Janecek of Wahoo.
