He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Parrish and Wilma Parrish (Mandery); his former life partner Yvonne McClanehan; and his daughter-in-law Kathleen Sullivan. He is survived by : his wife Mary Sullivan (Gagnon) of Shelby; and his children, Danny Mark Parrish (Donna) of Gray Court, Denise Reed (Tim) of Lincoln, Dan Sullivan of Papillion, Barbara Howard (Jerry) of Falls City, Diana Thomas (Doug) of Omaha and Nancy Samek of Rising City. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
