She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvil Miller and Millie Miller (Stutzman); her parents-in-law, Floyd and Agnes Steckly; her siblings, Evelyn Yeackley and Keith Miller; her siblings-in-law, Darlene Miller, Ray Yeackley, Leonard Grieser, Vilas Steckly and Ken Steckly; and her granddaughter Kimberly Klintworth (Steckly).
She is survived by: her husband Maynard Steckly; her children, Frank (Joy Steckly), Brent (Marita Jo Steckly), Melody (Ray Kidd), Lincoln and Sally (Merwin Bender); her grandchildren, Richard Steckly (Shanna), Jeremy Steckly (Shannon), Andrew Steckly (Jessica), TJ Steckly, Ashley Kidd-Wise (Matt), Eric Kidd, Juan Bender and Isaac Bender; her siblings, Earlis Miller, Betty Grieser and Janice Roth (Lonnie); and her sisters-in-law, Delores Miller, Zona Steckly and Darlene Steckly. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zabka - Perdue Funeral Home - Seward (410 Jackson Ave, Seward, NE 68434). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Seward United Methodist Church (1400 N 5th St, Seward, NE 68434). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1400 N 5th St, Seward, NE 68434).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Steckly family for future designations.
