He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Peters and Helen Peters (Kelar); and his brother-in-law Harold Norby, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Peters; his siblings, Edward Peters (Dianne), Thomas Peters (Janella), Mary Norby and Judith Peters; and his sister-in-law Sandra Leimer (Alan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; cousins; and family and friends.
