He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Canning and Ardis Canning (Canfield); his former wife Ruth Canning; and his daughter Brenda Royer. He is survived by: his son Greg; his wife Sarah Canning of Seward, NE; his son Larry (Greg Canning) of Seward, NE; his son-in-law Don Royer of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Canning of Lincoln, NE, Evan (Christina Canning) of Seward, NE and Nicole (Alex Parkins) of Kansas City, MO; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Lillian and Charlotte. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
