She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kouma and Alice Kouma (Nekuda); her son Randall Skoda; her grandson Adam Skoda; and her brother Ben Kouma.

She is survived by: her former husband Richard Skoda; her husband Tommy Branch; her granddaughter Stacy; her children, Steven (Sharon Skoda), Lincoln, Rick (Catherine Skoda), Denise (David Fechner) and Bee; and her siblings, Martha Dolezal, Bernice Stubbs, Johnny Kouma and Gerald Kouma. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zabka - Perdue Funeral Home - Seward (410 Jackson Ave, Seward, NE 68434). A rosary was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (152 Pinewood Ave, Seward, NE 68434). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
