He is survived by: his wife Paula; his siblings, Donald of Oceanside and Ethel Paxson of Rancho Cucamonga; and his children, Andrew (Miriam) of Lawrence, Rachel (Joel Symmank), Deborah Gebhardt of Seward and Lois (Sam Eatherton) of Clayton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
