He is survived by: his wife Dee Campbell of Seward, Nebraska; his children, Matthew Campbell (Jennifer) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Gale Swain (Dave) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his grandson Erik Campbell of Lakewood, Colorado; his stepdaughters, Kendal Obermeyer of Portland, Lindsay Obermeyer (Kenny) of Portland Oregon and Katie Meinberg of Gilbert, Arizona; his stepgrandchildren, Joe, Tucker Reitz, Kameila and Delilah Whack; and his siblings, Rosella Davis (Paul) of Carlsbad, California, Marlynne Campbell of Temecule, California and Ron Campbell (Vicki) of Decatur. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
