She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Gerkensmeyer and Elsie Gerkensmeyer (Ahlschwede); her former husband Arthur Bangert; her husband Art Bangert; and her brother Norman (Evelyn Gerkensmeyer).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Buckley (William), David Bangert (Beverly) and Philip Bangert (Sandy); and her grandchildren, Matthew Buckley (Mindy), Kristin Howard (Robert), Justin Bangert (Amanda), Katie Bangert, Lindsay Peiffer (Bret) and Alex Bangert. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
