He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bender and Lydia Bender (Rediger); and his siblings, Alvin Bender, Dennis Bender (Debbie), Retha Dowding (Lloyd) and Elaine Lamberty (Larry).
He is survived by: his spouse Miriam "Jean" Jones; his children, Nicole Crnic (Ed), Thomas Bender, Lydia Dengel (Ray) and Georgene Dudley (David); and his sister-in-law Martha Bender. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and countless other family and friends.
