He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Ihde and Karen Ihde (Lewis); his sister Diana Ihde; his godson Jeremiah Ihde; his aunts and uncles, Bobby, Ronnie, Lennis, Jenny, Mae, Carol, Bonnie and Vicky; his parents-in-law, Robert and Rose Lewis; and his brother-in-law Larry Lewis.

He is survived by: his wife Marianna Ihde (Mary); his children, Steven (Amy Erzen) of Fort Worth, TX, Dusty (Michelle Ihde), Millard and Emily (Zachary Burr); his grandchildren, Ariel, Paige, Christian, Landon, Aiden, Jaxson, Caleb, Alex, Hank, Kyla and Samantha; his brothers, Robert and Leroy Ihde; and his siblings-in-law, Bob, Joyce Lewis, Simon, Lori Lewis, Pat Lewis, Linda and Jeff Hastings. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
