He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stork and Charlotte Stork (Fuchs); his wife Marion Stork (Geisler); his sister Eunice; and his grandson Lee Stork.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Stork (Alice Joy), Steven Stork (Carol), Eric Stork (Stephanie), Patricia Hinsley (Gary), Karla Anderson and Carrie Stork; and his siblings, Charles Stork (Carolyn), Ruth Doelman and Eva Stork. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
