Leona Feistner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leona Feistner (Seward, Nebraska), born in Gresham, Nebraska, who passed away on December 17, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rucksdaeschel and Dorothea Rucksdaeschel (Fehlhafer); her husbands, Gary Jacobs, Cedric Daehling and Walt Feistner; her brothers, Clifford and Lester; and her sister-in-law Joyce.

She is survived by: her daughter Christine Mermilliod; her son-in-law Jeffrey Mermilliod of Corrales, NM; her niece Pat Olson (Bruce); her nephew John; her friends, Mike, Jenny Hammond and John Bollman; her pet Rosie; and also, Parker and Tyler. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Leona contracted Covid in May of 2022, and never fully recovered.
