With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James N. Arneson of Kansas City, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Linton Arneson and Helen Arneson (Potter); his siblings, Hobart Arneson (Theola), Renee Laird and Eileen Arneson; his siblings-in-law, Greg Potter, Kathleen Rector (Duane), Charles Kirchner (Kathleen), Pat Arneson, Marion Kirchner, Jane Kirchner and Danny E. Kirchner; and his nephews, Danny T. and Brian Kirchner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Arneson; his sons, Michael Arneson (Sharry) of Cheyenne, WY, Richard Arneson (Sheri), Steve Arneson (Elizabeth), Dave Arneson (Cindy), Mark Arneson (Debbie) and Lincoln; his siblings, Ron Arneson, Bill Arneson, Joe Arneson and Shirley Potter; and his brothers-in-law, James Kirchner and Richard Kirchner. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Parkinson's Foundation or Seward Senior Center.
