He is survived by: his children, Kevin Butzke (Traci), Christopher Butzke (Robin), Darin Butzke, Robin Ratcliffe (Robert) and Karen Anthony; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Martens (Jackie) and Inez Scherer (Don). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
