He is survived by: his wife Joyce Daake; his children, Brian Daake (Karmen), Janelle Gerlach (Ed) and Trisha Martin (Eric); his grandchildren, Samantha Davis (Cody), Lauren Daake, Colten Daake, Brenden Gerlach, Devin Eis, Austin Martin and Carlie McReynolds (Patrick); his brother Jerry Daake (LaRue); and his sister-in-law Sylvia Daake. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
