She was predeceased by: her mother Holly Stull; her grandparents, Keith, Marvin and Mary Lee; and her stepfather Don.
She is survived by: her father Dan Zitek (Kristina Zitek); her children, Kason, Kendall, Beckham and Logan; her brother Nick (Liz); her brother-in-law Dan; her siblings, Jake, Austin, Dallas, Ryleigh, Heather, Makayla and Mercedes; her grandparents, Judy, Jim, Tricia, Connie and Linda; her pet Bruno; and also, John and Linda. She is also survived by dog and Noel the kitty; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends and family.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Zabka - Perdue Funeral Home - Seward (410 Jackson Ave, Seward, NE 68434). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (919 N Columbia Ave, Seward, NE 68434). A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Seward Cemetery (1700 State Hwy 15, Seward, NE 68434).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Chelsey Kosmicki Memorial Fund for future designation for her children.
