He is survived by: his parents, Pat Sides and Janice Sides (Fimple); his wife Mary Ann Sides; his daughters, Madison, McKenna and Bailee Sides; his parents-in-law, David and Margaret Ruf; his grandmother Joan Sides; his sister Angela Cook (Brent); his siblings-in-law, Ami Hauxwell (Bryan), Carey Rohr (James), Ella Pachta (Chris) and Heath Ruf (Vicki); his nieces and nephews, Brendon, Kathlyn, Braceton, Donald, Nicholas, Jordan, Jayden, Paul, Michael, Jacob, David and Catharine; his great-nephew Brixton Hauxwell; and his great-niece Eleanore Mikkelsen.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zabka - Perdue Funeral Home - Seward (410 Jackson Ave, Seward, NE 68434). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Hillcrest Evangelical Free Church (2433 Progressive Rd, Seward, NE 68434). A burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Seward Cemetery (1700 State Hwy 15, Seward, NE 68434).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sides family for future designations.
