He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Kastl and Frances Kastl (Halvolic); his wife Arlene Marie Moravec; and his brothers, Ernest J. Kastl and Edmund (Mary Kastl).
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara (Ron Sypal); his grandchildren, Angela (Matt Ross), Diana (Doug Shum), Lora Sypal, Bryan (Lisa Sypal) and Kevin (Laura Sypal); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Matthew Schefcik, Carter, Brandon, Jaden, Greyson, Kylie, Ellaina, Oliver, Madelyn, Claire, Isla, Fred, Margot, Ben and Philip.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kastl family for future designations.
