He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kouma and Alice Kouma (Nekuda); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Dolezal, Richard Skoda and Tom Branch.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kouma; his children, Daniel (Chrissy Kouma) and Annette Clark; his grandchildren, Hayley (Nate Figgner), Dawson, Austin Kouma, Carli, Madeline, Isaac, Benjamin and Elizabeth Clark; his great grandchild Bristol Figgner; and his siblings, Martha Dolezal, Violet Branch, Bernice (Roger Stubbs), John Jr. (Shirley Kouma) and Gerald (Sherril Kouma). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
