It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter R. Rager of Seneca, Nebraska, who passed away on March 4, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter R. Rager to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rager and Emma Rager (Bourelle); his wife Helen Leedom; his son Patrick; and his daughters-in-law, Arlene and Barb.
He is survived by: his children, Benjamin, Michael (Marilyn), Kelly, Mary Pernicek (Jim), Melanie Gutzmer (Michael) and Travis; his sister Daisy Pointer; and his sister-in-law Anniveve Rager. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 37 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be designated to the Ravenna Fire Department and EMTs.
